Returns Policy

At Exclusively Washington we are committed to complete customer satisfaction. Please inform us for any incorrect or damaged orders as we strive to ensure accuracy and a your satisfaction.

For items that are not damaged or incorrectly filled, unfortunately we cannot refund delivery fees.  Any received order that is damaged, contact us to arrange return shipment. We will provide you with either a new item or reimburse/credit you on that purchase. We will also cover shipping costs for any item replaced.

Shipping Policy

Exclusively Washington ships most products via FedEx services. We make every effort to keep our shipping costs as low as possible so we can pass these savings on to you.  We will ship FedEx Ground unless requested otherwise. Orders may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive at the requested destination. Special considerations are taken for shipping chowder, soups and perishable items as noted below.

Chowder/soup purchases:

Cost of shipping is included with purchase of chowder, soup or perishable orders. We ship chowder and perishable items via FedEx 2-day air Monday through Wednesday. Depending on order date, product should arrive within Wednesday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00PM on Monday/Tuesday will be shipped out the following day and orders after 3:00PM on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.

Gift cards:

Always free shipping via First Class United States Postal Service.  Guaranteed delivery however no tracking number will be provided.  Shipment can take up to 7-10 business days.  If you would like your order expedited, or need by a certain date, please call 206-624-2600 and we will be happy to ship your order via Fed-Ex overnight or 2nd day service for a charge.

Confirmation/Tracking:

When an order is processed, you will receive an e-receipt which includes a FedEx tracking number. You can check on the status of your package by visiting http://fedex.com/Tracking and entering your order number. Please keep your e-receipt for not only tracking but in case you need to return item(s).

Our noted shipping rates are reflective of shipments within the contiguous United States (shipments outside the contiguous United States may take longer than 7-10 business days and have surcharges).
